Terms of Service
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms govern use of stamp, provided by TapMate LTD (company number 16353666, "stamp", "we", "us"). By creating a business account or otherwise using stamp, you agree to them. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
The service
stamp is a digital loyalty platform: businesses use it to run stamp, points and spin-to-win reward programmes, delivered to their customers as Apple/Google Wallet passes rather than a paper card or a downloaded app. End customers don't pay anything and don't need an account of their own to use a pass.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login details and any connected API credentials confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at tapmateuk@gmail.com if you think your account has been compromised.
Plans and billing
stamp is offered on monthly subscription plans, billed in advance. There's no long-term contract — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future billing rather than refunding the current period. Prices are shown, in GBP, on our pricing page and may change; we'll give existing customers reasonable notice before a price change takes effect for them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use stamp for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to harass or deceive anyone;
- Try to manipulate the spin-to-win mechanics, reward odds, or another business's data in a way you're not authorised to;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
Your content, our platform
Whatever you upload — your logo, brand colours, reward copy — stays yours; you're just giving us permission to use it to run your loyalty programme (for example, putting your logo on your customers' wallet passes). The stamp platform itself — the software, design and everything behind it — belongs to TapMate LTD.
Third-party services
Wallet passes are issued through Passcreator and delivered via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. We depend on those services working — if one of them has an outage or changes how it works, that can affect stamp too, and it's outside our control.
Availability
We aim to keep stamp available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may need to take it down briefly for maintenance or updates.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited (for example, for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Beyond that, stamp is provided on an "as is" basis, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we reasonably need to for security reasons. On closure, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top, and make a reasonable effort to let existing customers know about any significant change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
