Growth plan

Reach customers nearby.

When a cardholder is close to the shop, the loyalty card appears on the lock screen with a custom message. Passing footfall becomes a reason to call in.

Simple for customers. Useful for owners.

What customers see

  • The card on the lock screen when close to the shop
  • A custom message, such as “2 stamps to a free coffee”
  • One tap to open the card, ready to stamp

What the owner sees

  • One nearby message, running automatically in the background
  • Every cardholder covered, with per-customer opt-out
  • Unlimited on Growth, with no extra hardware

How it works

  1. Write the message

A reason to come in now: a reward waiting, a daily special, a warm drink on a cold day.

  2. Locations added

Up to 10 shop locations are added to every card, so the phone knows where the shop is.

  3. Customers get an alert

When a customer is close by, the phone shows the card and the message on the lock screen.

Reminders timed by location

Right place, right time

Most reminders arrive when a customer is miles away. Proximity alerts arrive when a customer is close enough to come in.

iPhone and Android

Native to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, so every cardholder can receive it.

On-device location

The phone works out when it is nearby, so StampMate never sees where customers go.

Nothing to install

No beacons and no extra hardware. Runs off the card already in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Linked to stamps

A nearby message can point to a reward within reach, giving passing customers a reason to come in.

Unlimited on Growth

No StampMate cap on proximity notifications. Apple and Google limit how often a card can appear, which keeps alerts infrequent.

Questions owners ask

Which plan is it on?

Proximity notifications come with Growth, at £49 a month.

How close do customers need to be?

The radius is set in the dashboard, from 100 metres to 1 km. iPhone uses it as the maximum distance; Google Wallet uses its own nearby range. In practice, close enough to walk in.

Does StampMate track customer locations?

No. The phone compares its own location with the shop’s and decides when to show the card. StampMate never sees where customers are.

Can customers turn it off?

Yes. Notifications or location suggestions can be switched off for the card at any time in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Proximity alerts can also be turned off for individual customers.

Build a loyalty card in minutes.

No design skills needed. Templates, custom branding and a live preview of the card exactly as customers see it, all before sign-up.
